If services are provided through an education institution or partner, please refer to that institution's cancellation and refund policy. Excellerate acts as a service provider to the institution, and the institution's own terms govern any cancellation or refund arrangement with end users.
For standalone services offered directly through our organization: packages once subscribed cannot be cancelled and no refund can be made to that effect. Since Excellerate's offerings are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the package is subscribed.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding that no refund or cancellation is possible upon any subscription at our site. We strongly encourage all prospective customers to take advantage of our free demo before subscribing, to ensure the platform meets your institution's requirements.
